What is O-Track?
Our O-Track software is an easy to use on-line Pupil Progress Tracking and Target Setting system that allows Infant, Junior and Primary schools to track and target their pupils in the following areas of the curriculum:

KS1 & KS2 Tracking
A easy to use data input facility is available for you to record end of term and half-termly levels for all your pupils in Reading, Writing, Speaking & Listening, Mathematics, Science, ICT and R.E through all year groups within KS1 and KS2. O-Track also automatically convert levels to point scores (APS) so you don't have to.
Foundation Stage Profile (EYFSP) Tracking
O-Track allows you to track and report on pupils in their journey through the Foundation Stage Profile.
Customised Reports
The main power of O-Track is the reports section. Unlike our competitors, you have the availability to have reports customised and developed to meet your exact needs.
'Off The Shelf' Reports
O-Track also comes with a vast number of reports that have been suggested by head teachers, teachers, local authority officers and OfSTED inspectors to allow you to produce target setting and tracking documents for individual pupils and/or whole year groups or classes.
In addition you can filter reports on pupil groups such as SEN, Term of Birth, Gender, Intervention Groups, Attendance, Ethnicity and other specific groups. Go to our sample reports section to see a few of these reports.
Online Reporting to Parents
You can now use O-Track to publish your end of year annual report to parents and also to allow parents to run real-time assessment reports throughout the year.
Contextual and Group Data
O-Track allows you to record contextual information about your pupils and therefore report on and compare the progress of those pupils against certain criteria. Contextual and Group data in O-Track can range from SEN, FSM, Gender, Term of Birth, Ethnicity etc to unlimited user-defined specific and intervention groups.
Target Setting
There a number of ways to target set using O-Track, you can allow the system to automatically set targets base on methodologies such as 'two levels progress from KS1' or 'FFT' to name a few. You can also use the data input screen to record your own 'school expectations'.
Pre-loaded Data
You don't have to worry about spending hours inputting each pupil onto O-Track, we will do it for you. Once we have your data we can have you up and running with O-Track within 30 minutes.
Secure Data & Back Ups
The entire O-Track system is stored on a secure server. So you can rest assured that all your pupil data is safe and can not be accessed by any unwanted viewers. All O-Track data is automatically backed up daily on our secure servers.
Sending Your Data To Us
O-Track is designed to allow data uploads from you school management system. Simply export a pupil list or Common Transfer File or export your FSP data and send it to us via our secure data transfer facility.
