Free After Sales Support

Once you have purchased O-Track our support doesn't stop there, we have a help-desk support system and we are always on-call to help you with any questions you may have. You will have access to un-limited free support when you purchase our on-line pupil tracking software.

Training

We are always happy to provide existing customers with training sessions. When you purchase O-Track you will automatically receive a free training upon request. Please contact us if you would like to arrange either your free session or an additional session.

Need A New Report?

If the report you need isn't already on O-Track feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to create the new report for your use.

Remote Support

With your permission, we can access your PC to help fix any issues you have and/or we can use the remote support to demonstrate and train you in the use of our systems and reports. Start remote support.
